Nele Bylois is Marketing Project Officer at Ardennes-Etape. We asked her how far Ardennes-Etape actually goes in the search for quality.

“It is not Ardennes-Etape’s objective to list all self-catering holiday homes in the region”, Nele Bylois explains. “Our goal is in fact to offer quality. This means we regularly have to refuse a holiday home. Of the many thousands, Ardennes-Etape selected almost 1400 houses based on very strict criteria.”

Quality Label

“The holiday-maker doesn’t have to worry about the quality. Quality is ensured by Ardennes-Etape.” Some of these numerous criteria are: the quality of the beds, the equipment in the kitchen, maintenance, general tidiness and much more.

A team is on the road full-time to expand the offer and to ensure follow-up with the holiday home owners. A relationship based on mutual trust with home owners as well as with holiday-makers is one of the cornerstones of Ardennes-Etape’s philosophy.

However, the selection procedure is just a first step. “Our number one priority is excellent service before, during and after the trip,” Nele Bylois spells out. “This means our contact centre, staffed by true Ardennes experts, is available seven days a week. Our colleagues gladly assist travellers during the booking procedure or for the planning of activities during their trip.
