Ardennes-Etape enjoyed yet again some media attention. This time the Clé sur porte television crew set out to the Ardennes to shoot an astonishing holiday cottage.
And the visit was absolutely worth their trouble. Scheduled for the day was this holiday home in Jalhay, at the edge of the breath-taking nature park of the High Fens. In such cases we prefer to let the photographs speak for themselves. But a short explanatory word is just as well in place.
Sauna and Jacuzzi
Outside in summer you enjoy the swimming pool. Inside in winter you get comfortable around the open fire. The living areas are tastefully decorated, with walls and ceilings finished in wood. The dining room has some very impressive vaults.
The perfectly equipped kitchen is an excellent spot for groups to cook the most delicious meals. A piece of advice: you should buy the ingredients from local traders or at the Sunday morning market. As a bonus, for the enthusiasts, there are a sauna and an outdoor Jacuzzi. All is provided for a delightfully relaxing moment in the Belgian Ardennes.
